Who we are

RoleWing (rolewing.com), operated by Rynova Labs, is an AI-powered job-search assistant. It matches you with job postings, helps you prepare outreach and follow-ups, and tracks your applications.

Data we collect

Account data: your email address and authentication details.
Career data you provide: your resume/CV, job preferences (roles, locations, salary expectations), and information you share in conversations with the AI assistant.
Usage data: your interactions with the product (e.g. which job matches you accept or pass on) and standard analytics events. We use this to improve your matches and the product.
Application data: jobs you save, applications you track, contacts you choose to reach out to, and messages you draft or approve within RoleWing.

How we use your data

To match you with relevant job postings — your resume and preferences are processed by AI models for this purpose.
To draft outreach and follow-up messages that you review and send yourself. RoleWing does not send messages on your behalf without your explicit approval.
To track your application pipeline and remind you of follow-ups.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your resume with employers or third parties except as needed to provide the service (see below).

Third-party services

We rely on service providers to run RoleWing: cloud hosting and data storage (Google Firebase), web hosting (Cloudflare), AI model providers (to process matching and drafting requests), product analytics (PostHog), and error monitoring. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us; deletion is permanent.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact support@rolewing.com.
